This class is designed for any athlete wanting to improve their power and strength by learning the basic fundamental lifts, including the squat, bench press, overhead press, deadlift, and accessory lifts. Each lift will be broken down step by step with discussion on technical components and corrections to common mistakes. Each session will follow with practical application time. Each athlete will receive a personalized 4 week program based on their own capabilities and needs. The class will be limited to six (6) athletes. Participants must be approved and go through basic evaluation for movement competency by S&C Manager Casey Tiesman. Please call 630-324-8248 to schedule your appointment.
